In The Garden

The gardens spread over more than one hectare (just over two and a half acres) with a courtyard garden in front of the main house. The 'park' garden leads away from the gite and has mature trees, a large pond (with grass slipway for a small boat) housing ducks and moorhens, pear and peach trees; patio area and flower/shrub beds. Behind the main house, to the West, there is a large rear garden with espaliered apple trees, also plum, cherry and quince. This garden leads on to another garden area comprising a large play area, with further orchard and vegetable gardens. Throughout, there are mature shrubs and trees.
